Paramé lies a little to the east of St.Malo.
Paramé
To the east of St.Malo lie a series of magnificent beaches centered on the resort of Paramé. Paramé itself has two beaches, each 1½ miles long: Casino Beach which extends that of St.Malo and Rochebonne Beach. The resort has a magnificent 2-mile long promenade. Further east lies Rothéneuf with two more beaches. The fine scenery contines through Le Minihic with its own beach and villas to dramatic Le Grouin Point.

On the west side of St.Malo lies St.Servan, with its main beach at Les Sablons and several parks and smaller beaches. The coastal path along the Corniche d'Aleth offers perhaps the best of all views of the walled pirate city of St.Malo. The Tour Solidor is a good place to look across the Rance river to Dinard and upstream towards Dinan.
